Getting Old Is Inevitable...

It’s not easy getting old. The body starts to break down, and the mind begins to fade. People fret all the time about getting old. They are frightened about losing their hair, touch, sight, and teeth with the times.
We can't escape from the fact that we’ll end our lives full circle, therefore getting old shouldn't leave us depressed and unhappy, on the contrary, people who generally keep a positive disposition do not get thrown off by health problems (people who are generally pessimistic might dwell on even the smallest problems)
